Andy! Try them you will find out immediately. Make sure you keep pedaling when you shift. The left shifters work the front gears. The right shifters work the rear.

For fast clean shifts while you have room to look down at whats going on the little lever shifts while pedaling by hand lever will push the left hand big right hand big lever shifts.
